Open her profile and use Block or Report. Block stops her writing to you. Report tells us what happened, in a few words if you have them. You do not have to explain it to her first, and you do not have to keep the conversation open while you decide.
Use it when she asks for money, for a photo you do not want to send, for your ID, or for a move to another app after you have said no. Use it when the messages are only about your body, or when she will not stop after you have stopped answering. When someone asks for photos and romance scams are the two common reasons.
You will not see a debate. One block is enough. If you are worried about someone you already know, when your family would talk is the privacy side, and block is still available if they are a member and will not leave you alone.
Blocking is free. We will never ask you for a fee to make a person stop, and you should not pay her to go away.
